3. Services
Ayovex Interior provides premium interior design and fabrication services including, but not limited to:
- Built-in wardrobes and cupboards
- Luxury TV wall units
- Kitchen cabinets and renovations
- Bedroom furniture and design
- Floating shelves and wall panels
- Ceiling designs
- Office and commercial interiors
- Complete home renovations
All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement on project scope, timeline, and pricing.
4. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation.
- Final pricing is confirmed upon written approval of the design proposal and signing of the project agreement.
- Prices may be subject to change based on material cost fluctuations or changes to the agreed project scope.
- All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
5. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% is required upon acceptance of the quotation to commence work.
- A further 40% is due upon completion of manufacturing and prior to installation.
- The remaining 10% is due upon completion of installation and final inspection.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, EFT, or other agreed payment methods.
- Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
6. Project Timeline
- Estimated project timelines will be provided during the design proposal stage.
- While we strive to meet all agreed timelines, dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., material shortages, force majeure) may extend the timeline.
- Client-caused delays (e.g., late approvals, access restrictions) may also affect the project schedule.
7. Design and Intellectual Property
- All designs, drawings, and concepts created by Ayovex Interior remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the specific project.
- Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our designs without written permission is prohibited.
- Portfolio photographs of completed projects may be used by Ayovex Interior for marketing purposes unless the client objects in writing.
8. Warranties
- Ayovex Interior provides a workmanship warranty on all installations for a period of 12 months from the date of completion.
- Material warranties are passed on from the respective manufacturers and vary by product.
- The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use conditions.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Ayovex Interior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
- We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made before manufacturing has commenced will receive a full refund of the deposit minus any design fees incurred.
- Cancellations made after manufacturing has commenced may incur costs for materials and labour already committed.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@ayovexinterio.co.za.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
11. Website Use
- You may browse and use our Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our Website without written permission.
- You must not use our Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
